The PE pipe production line adopts a specially designed multi-stage vacuum sizing box to control the vacuum degree, ensuring the dimensional stability and roundness of HDPE and PP pipes. The extruder and traction machine are controlled by imported famous speed regulators, which have good stability, high accuracy, and high reliability.

The operation and time of the PE pipe production line are programmatic ally controlled by PLC, with a good human-machine interface. All process parameters can be set and displayed through a touch screen. A dedicated extruder for marking lines can be assembled to produce pipes with colored markings that meet national standards.










PE water supply pipes are made of specialized polyethylene as the raw material and extruded through a plastic extruder in one go. They are used in urban water supply networks, irrigation and water diversion projects, and agricultural sprinkler irrigation projects, especially suitable for plastic pipes that are resistant to acid, alkali, and corrosion environments. Due to the use of hot melt and electric melt connections in PE pipes, the integration of the interface and the pipe is achieved, and it can effectively resist the circumferential stress and axial impact stress generated by pressure. Moreover, PE pipes do not add heavy metal salt stabilizers, and the material is non-toxic, without scaling or breeding bacteria, avoiding secondary pollution of drinking water.
