Due to the high content of mud and debris (50-60%), there are many difficulties in recycling. Then it enters the low-speed friction washing for further cleaning, and enters the next level rinsing tank for cleaning and separation. The spiral feeding plastic enters the squeezer. The extruded material is in a semi-plasticized state with a water content of about 7-8%. It is blown into the storage room for natural evaporation of water, and then granulated. Side feeding forced feeding and two-stage filtration and water ring granulation are adopted.
